Good morning Jennifer,

I want to take this opportunity to once again thank you and everyone there involved in the recent warranty replacement of our hot tub.

The entire process was handled by everyone we came in contact with at Arctic Spas in a professional, friendly and from our end "painless" manner.

I would also like to thank, and hopefully have this passed along to the appropriate parties, your delivery team of Mario and Mark. I hope I got their names correct, as I, in my usual stupor, neglected to get their names till they were driving away.

Regardless, I would like their superiors to know that these two gentlemen were friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and took the time to point all the operating features of the new tub, even though it was basically the same as our old one, as well as the new features.

In closing please know that we have always and will continue to tell everyone how happy we are with the Arctic Spa experience. Sometimes even when they aren't interested we make them listen anyway!!
